The agreement states that the “Renter must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming St. Elizabeth Parish as a co-insured. (St. Colman’s Church is a mission church of St. Elizabeth’s Parish in Guerneville.)
A $1 million policy is required. These policies can often be secured through homewowner’s insurance as an “additionally insured,” for a nominal fee. In the event you are not able to secure the policy through homeowner’s insurance, there are insurance cmpanies that will insure just your event for the day. One is included here.
